Who we are: MileLogger is run by Julian Boardman in the UK. Contact: hello@milelogger.co.uk.

What we collect: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.

How you found us: if you followed a link we shared, we note where it was posted (for example 'facebook'). It isn't used for anything else.

Why: to tell you when MileLogger launches, invite you to the beta and send the occasional tax-time tip. We only do this because you asked to join the waitlist, and you can change your mind at any time.

Who else sees it: our email provider, Resend, stores the list and sends the emails for us. Resend may store data outside the UK, under approved legal safeguards. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist.

Your rights: you can unsubscribe using the link in any email. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
